systags was founded in 2006, the founders did start working together in 1998 at "syrius". Since then, we keep up developing our CMS "Beach42".
The CMS did emerge to certain specialized tools, as a newsletter system, an "Intelligent Product Database", some nice webbased CRM tools, a version for separated webpages with a common editorial system, allowing to publish one document in all webpages on one click, and even a helpdesk.

All our products are available in English, but we do not have a catalogue yet. We did focus on the German market, but having quite a few customers, which are importing technical stuff from Japan or the States, made us keeping our English versions up-to-date.

We do have a cooperation with an Italian company, so there is a Italian version of our software as well, and we did lots of European science projects, makes us experienced with websites in all European languages, including Russian.

Next step is China: Since one of our senior software-developer originates from there, we can do lots for companys, who want to develope a chinese site.

Our CMS "Beach42" is written in Perl and needs an "Apache" webserver - database is mostly mySQL, there is a Windows version, but we do prefer Linux systems.

Frontend shows xhtml and CSS, so design can change fast and easy.

One of our big points is safety: Using Perl, we do have a much safer system than all the PHP scriptwriters. And even more: we do care about data safety.

We do not charge any licence fee, and the code is open to the customers, so they can develop their systems without us, if they like.
